When making your video, think outside the box. The work you're showing might not be easily demonstrated, think of new ways to show why you're the best fit for the job.
The longer the video, the less likely the whole video will be watched. Think about the best way to show what you can do and catch an employers attention in a 3-4min time frame.
No need for fancy filming equipment, but make sure you can be heard clearly and that employers are able to distinctly see your work and what you're capable of.
You're setting the stage to show them who you are. Be authentic and real.
